Our People
Charlotte Waite met Rhoda Emlyn Jones 25 years ago as student social worker in one of Rhoda's services. As inspired then as now to help people and organisations change and grow, both have had careers leading change, innovation and improvement in public services.
At Gwrando, they lead a team of experienced and diverse associates driven by curiosity and a commitment to continual learning. Our team is hands-on—we roll up our sleeves and understand the realities of frontline work. We use our skills, knowledge, and experience to aim for 'thriving': thriving teams, organisations and communities.
