Charlotte Waite met Rhoda Emlyn Jones 25 years ago as student social workers in one of Rhoda's public services consulting initiatives. Inspired then and now to help people and organizations evolve and grow, both have dedicated their careers to leading change, innovation, and improvement in public services.
